I regret buying this. I assumed more useful features were behind a paywall, but not really. Maybe useful for someone who wants recipes, but not great for meal tracking. Many whole foods are just listed as "1 serving" without specifying weight or volume, and even the UPC scanner sometimes thinks it is a different product. No micros at all (calcium? Iron? Etc). The exercise feature is also poor, no fitness routines and not very good for figuring out calories burned. I do not recommend this app.

Love this app! This is the only app I could find that would not only track my exercises and my steps with my Samsung watch. It has more exercises to choose from than any other including Weight Watchers. It counts calories because portion control is what I struggle with. That opens up for me to eat whatever I like as long as I watch my count. It also will add calories for the day if I work out early and I can indulge a little in the evening. This is definitely a keeper!
